Edunow will be available on 3 different applications as Edunow for teachers, Edunow for students & Edunow for parents. This will be available for Android & for iPhone as well. This will help teachers, students & parents to come together for any queries, suggestions or advice regarding the study matter. On addition to this, a special admin panel will be provided by edunow which will take the help from the principal & the school management to stay connected with all the school affairs.

android and ios application

Edunow application is available to download on two most popular mobile application platform in the world, i.e. Android and iOS. Edunow application comes with auto backup sync facility so at any point of time if one Android user would like to switch to iOS then user has to just download the iOS application and login with the credentials. In this case all the older data of Android will be available in iOS as well.

notifications

School admin and principal can send any important message / information can be broadcast to all the teachers, parents or students as a notification in Edunow mobile application through admin panel. All these notifications will be available in mobile application at any point of time. School admin / principal can broadcast message to even students / teachers / parents of any particular class as well.

attendance

Attendance of each and every student can be managed online in Edunow. Teacher has to select the ongoing class in Edunow android application and based on class selection, list of all the students will be available for attendance for that class. Three buttons will be available against the name of each student, i.e. "Present", "Absent" and "On Leave". Teacher can click the appropriate button to complete attendance and at the end of it there is one button, "Submit", to save the attendance online. Notification/message will be sent automatically to all the parents whose child is absent. The biggest benefit of online attendance is, student / teacher/ parents can view at any point of time and school management can manage it very easily.

time table

Time table of each & every class of school can be managed online from Edunow. Principal & school management will be able to access the time table of the entire school from their given Edunow portal, also be able to make changes in the time table from the portal. If there are any changes made in the time table, the parents & students will receive a notification immediately in their application. The teacher will be able to know in what class at what time is she/he having lectures from their application of Edunow. The students & their parents will be able to see the weekly time table from the application.

class exam

Edunow will manage online results for each & every exams of all standards. The Principal & school management will be able to upload all the results of every exam of the whole school to the Edunow portal. The teacher will also be able to upload the exam result of their particular class for their individual application. This will help the students & parents to examine each & every result of any standard from the application at any point of time. The principal & school management will able to upload the exam dates for the whole year which will the help the students to check their particular exam dates at any point of time. Once the Principal or the school management will upload any kind of new exam or exam result on the Edunow portal the concerned teacher, students & parents will get notification on their application regarding the same.

online exam

Teacher will be able to take the weekly exams online by setting the paper from the selected class from the application. While setting the paper the teacher will to insert the question along with four options in which the correct option will be highlighted by the tick mark. Along with multiple choice questions, teachers can also set questions where descriptive answers are expected. After this the teacher will have to select the date & time for the exam. The student will able to give exam from their application on the selected time & date by the teacher while inserting the exam. Once, the teacher inserts the exam paper the notification will be sent directly to the respective students & their parents on their application. The students & parents will get the reminder notification of the exam 1 hour prior to the exam time. Once the student starts the exam their parents will get notification regarding the same. Once the student finishes the paper the student & the parents will get a notification of the marks they have scored for that particular exam. The Parents teacher & students will be able to check the marks of any exam from the whole year from their application. Similarly, the school management & principal will also be able to do the same thing from their given portal.

students report

Under student report there will be online reporting possible of the whole of any particular student. The teacher will be able to access every student's whole year attendance, marks of every exam & assignments from their application. The teacher will be able to give notice to any of the student she wants by selecting that particular student which will be accessible by principal & school management so it will be easy to discuss the note in the parents-teachers meeting. The students & the school management / principal will be able to check the yearly attendance, online exams marks, & every assignments on their application & portal respectively.

parents report

The parents report will only be accessible to teachers, principal & school management. How many children of the particular parents are studying in the school can be accessible from here. The authority & teachers will be geting the phone numbers, address of all parents from here & who all are the ones using this application can be known from here.

subject management

The principal & the school management can use the portal to decide the classification of subject according to the standards / classes. The teacher will be able to know in which class will be she/he teaching which subject and so will be the parents & students will also be able to know from their application.

events

Only the principal & the school management will be able to access the events held in school & will be able to insert or change dates of any event along with uploading the photos of the events. The teachers, parents & the students will be able to see the event dates & the pictures from their application. A reminder will be sent 1 day prior to any event to everyone in their application.

assignment

The teacher will be able to add new assignments by selecting the particular class. The subject & the submission date of assignment has to be decided by the teacher. The additional info. of the assignment like the pictures or the videos can be shared through link by the teacher. Once she does this the notification will be sent to the respective students & their parents on their application. Then after the students will have to click on the assignment section & get all the related information there & will be able to do their assignments. They can also submit it online itself from their application. The teachers will be able to assort marks to all the students online. The teacher, parents & students will be able to see the marks of every assignments from the application while the principal & the school management will be able to operate it from the portal.

vacation / holidays

The principal & the school management will be to set the dates for vacation period of each & every class from their given portal whereas, the teachers, parents & students will be able to view all these holiday dates from their application.

3 different applications

As a part of Edunow product, we are providing three different applications. One application for teachers, one application for parents and one application for students. These three applications can also be installed and use from one single mobile as well. For example, parents can install their application as well as student’s application in their mobile itself.

Edunow application comes with 18 different Indian languages. Parents, teachers and students can browse application in their favorite regional language and can change any time from the application.

video for help

Each and every screen has a Help button at the top in Edunow. This button will have a video which will guide user to navigate for that particular page. For example, if teacher is logged in to the application and not sure how to fill attendance then on that screen itself there will be Help button which will demonstrate how to take attendance and submit it within that screen. If parents want to know, how to check assignment with the help of Edunow then there will be a Help button on assignment screen which will have video to demonstrate the same. If any student wants to know how to give online examination then student just need to go to online exam screen and click on the help button. So student will get a complete video tour.
